Hi ladies

I want to start using ovulation tests, but do they actually work as I was told that they can give False readings, saying you are ovulating when you aren't,

Just I don't want to buy them and get my hopes up if it tells me I'm ovulating and I'm actually not!

I have been told I have pcos, I've lost 8st since then and my periods are dead on 28days! So would they work for me and if my periods are so dead on would that seem that I am actually ovulating?
