Last night I had a dream I took a pregnancy test and it said I was pregnant, than I woken up with a major headache!!🤕 and vomiting feeling like 💩 I have no fever or anything..should I take a pt?

Just before I found out I was pregnant I had a dream I had a test and it was positive and the next morning I toke a test and it was positive it was super weird :)
