Counting calories while pregnant
Hey ladies! I wanted to get your input. I often count calories because my dietician/ therapist, at the time, thought it best. I grew up with obesity running through my family and I often struggled with eating disorders (not eating enough). I'm very petite and started out at a healthy weight for my height. I'm just curious is it ok to still count calories? I normally have about 1400-1500 a day and am now having around 1600-1800 a day. Is this enough nutrition for the baby? I just want to be as healthy as possible for baby: don't want to eat too much or too little. Would love your input (sorry for the lengthy post) 💗
