Just venting about an expression too often used
Can we stop saying "AF reared her ugly face..."?
Each time I read something in that vein, I cringe a little. It's on many levels, for one it's very negative talk, for two we should be grateful for the way our bodies work.
Just say 'I'm disappointed I got my period since that means I'm out this month' or something to that effect.
