Cramping after embryo transfer?

I'm 4 days past a 3 day transfer and am having some pretty strong menstural like cramps. Anyone been through this? Could it be from the progesterone?

Totally normal. I had a lot of cramping after our transfer. Happily 7+2 weeks now.

I think it's progesterone. Although, I had been on it for 5 days prior to transfer and didn't feel any cramps. My cramps started day of transfer and are still around today. But side effects say cramps.
