I was there Friday for spotting. I'm 32 weeks. They say anytime in your 2 or 3rd trimester to go in just in case. She said I did the right thing even though my boy is okay. He just pressed down hard and busted a small vessel . Still worth it to get checked though, it put me at ease.

I had something similar a few days ago and I have an appointment on Wednesday.  I've just been taking it easy and keeping an eye out for anything more.  So far,  nothing else, but I'm still a little anxious.

Unless it's continuous bleeding or happens more than this little bit, then you are fine. Baby is getting big and it's so easy to have a blood vessel pop. It's happened to me twice. I noticed the tiniest pin prick of pink blood and lost it. My doctor said if it was that little and didn't happen again it was a blood vessel.

They say the only time you should go to the hospital is if you've filled up a pad every four hours. Personally and having had a miscarriage before, I didn't wait that long but had more bleeding than just spotting.
