My boss announced my pregnancy without my permission :(

Hey everyone. So I'm in medical residency. Having children in residency as a female resident physician is highly frowned upon as many male doctors don't believe the females take medicine or their education seriously if they take the time if start a family. Well after months of trying my husband and I finally conceived and are thrilled as I believe I can have a career and a family. Long story short, I told my chief resident (a man) who told my director (another man), who decided during a lecture to randomly announce my pregnancy to the entire program without my permission. The only reason I told them was to protect my baby from work hazards (extra radiation during surgical cases, formaldehyde in cadaver workshops, etc.). Now they are taking it among themselves to rearrange my entire rotation schedules because one of the doctors we work with doesn't want to work with me since I'm pregnant. My co-residents have also been extremely rude and unsupportive because they feel like I was "hiding" my pregnancy. I'm only 10 weeks and we haven't even told my family yet! I feel very discrimated against. What should I do?
