Threatened misscsrriage

I am 9 weeks and had vaginal bleeding yesterday and went to the ER. I had a ultrasound done and saw the fetus and the heart beat was 174. They said all my blood work was normal and my cervix was closed (which is good). I'm still bleeding a bit today and saw some tissue pass when I wiped. I have my first prenatal visit tomorrow so they will follow up, but I'm hoping everything will be ok.

Do anyone have any similar experiences and carried to term? I'm hoping for the best, but am so scared and this is my first pregnancy (so everything is worrisome).
