is she a bad friend??

my best friend never gives anyone of my guy friends, boyfriends a chance! Like I want my boyfriend to meet my best friend but she always says "I don't like him" "he's annoying" "he's ugly" like she's never met him and she doesn't like him and it really bothers me. She also hates when I hang out with him and she gets really pissy with me when I'm hanging out with him and she asks me to hang out with her. i really don't know what to do because it's frustrating and it's starting to get really annoying 😔
