Doesn't understand my pain😔

Okay I'm 13 weeks pregnant and so far this pregnancy has been so hard for me. From losing 20 pounds to being sent into the hospital and throwing up all day etc.... & my husband doesn't understand the pain im going through he thinks I'm just over dramatic and faking it. & it's seriously hurting my feelings cause I don't know how to tell him that it's all real and he's just being a jackass. Like today I called in from work cause I'm constipated real bad and he gets all pissed off, this just sucks😔😔
