Metformin & Clomid

My husband and I have been trying to conceive our very first child for the past two years with no success whatsoever and it is being to take its toll on us more so in me than anything else. My husband does all he can to make me happy to keep my mind off of the fact that we do not have a child as of yet.

For the past nine months I have been taking Metformin and for the last three months I was prescribed Clomid.

My question is how long did it take you to conceive either starting or ending metformin and/or clomid?
