What could this be?

On my right side ovary area there's a sharp pain...if I push on it or if I cough and how I move. It can be intense. (TMI) I went to the bathroom and noticed a bunch of watery/egg white CM in my underwear. What could this be? Glow says I'm in peak ovulation.
