Someone told me a tablespoon of mustard. I haven't tried it tho. Sounds disgusting haha

Root beer works for me everytime. I could chew tons of tums or take Zantac but 3 hours later it would be worse. I would sip a root beer and it would be gone.

If it's bad there are plenty of things you can take that are safe. There is no sense in suffering when you can take something. Natural stuff doesn't Usually work if it's that bad just get a list of over the counter meds you are allowed to take.

My husband swears by a tablespoon of mustard. He has crazy heartburn, even with the daily OTC medicine. He hates mustard, so it must work for him to do it!
