Can being sick cause delayed ovulation?

So I am on CD12 today and I have had a major cold and slight fever for about 4 days. I'm worried this is going to affect my ovulation because I am on my first clomid cycle this month. Been ttc for 15 months with pcos. The day I took my last clomid pill on CD 9, I could feel a wierd bubbling feeling in my left ovary so I was sure it was going to work. Does anyone have any input about this? Is it just too early?
