Unsuccessfully ttc 😭

Okay I am new at this. I am fixing to be 20 my husband is about to be 22 We have been Ttc for about a year now but have been having sex unprotected for 2. I went to the doctor and my ovaries look healthy my hormones are all balanced and I have no infections or stds. I am over weight and have been working on losing weight (I am down 15 pounds already yay!!) I've always had irregular periods but for the past 4 months they have all been regular on time like Glow has charted. My husband got his swimmers checked and he is healthy so it has to be me! What do I do? Any advice??
