Frequent UTIs?

I get UTIs all the time. I've gotten 3 this year already. I thought it might be coffee, but it might be frequent sex too. Not sure. Anyone have any tips? Too many antibiotics not only mess with my cycle, but have lead to cancer in some patients. I've bought cranberry pills but not sure if those will help at all. SOS!

I have the same problem! I have gotten like 10 in a year. They suck and I hate them so much. So I just had another one a couple weeks ago and my doctor said if the infection keeps coming back she will put me on an antibiotic for the rest of my life. She said UTIs can cause scaring on your kidneys.

take one cranberry pill daily, pee always AFTER sex (not before.. that doesn't do anything), drink lots of water, pee when you need to don't hold it in, eat cleaner, shower or bathe more often. and the antibiotics for UTI's will heal the cause, not just the symptoms. if they're recurring, it's probably because the cause isn't dealt with and is never actually cured. and everything causes cancer dude. I HIGHLY suggest antibiotics, because if you don't treat the UTI properly, it will turn into a bladder or kidney imfection.
