When do you starting setting up equipment?

What at point in your pregnancy do you start setting up your baby's equipment? Swing , cribs, pack & play, ect?

When you feel like it honestly that's the best answer when you start buying things and you're at home and you're like oh I want to put this together today just do it because you're going to get to a point where you don't want to do anything everything hurts and you're going to be frustrated. And you definitely don't want to wait to the last minute because not everyone's pregnancies go to 40 weeks for me right after 35 weeks is when I know that anything could happen

I'm 35 weeks and nothing is set up yet because I don't want my cat thinking she can just lay in her things, and I don't want invisible dust collecting in her sheets and fabrics on the furniture etc, from sitting so long. I'll prob set things up at 37 weeks.

I haven't set up cot yet as my baby's room still needs wallpapered😭😭

So far I only have the crib, dresser, and bassinet set up. I'm 26w4d

I'm 29 weeks and the crib, swing, and changing table are set up and have been for a little over a month. the car seat isn't installed yet though.
