So I am 8 weeks pregnant got a positive pregnancy test 3 days before my Missed period and have had hcg doubling I have been taking the clear blue test two pink line test and rapid test strips my clear blue weeks estimator showed 1-2 weeks when appropriate then 2-3 weeks then 3+ weeks and cont to show that I am still getting dark lines however I had some red bleeding today went and had my first scan and it was just a gestational sac no yok no embryo nothing of course at 8 weeks I should see numbs and a heart but it was just an empty sac the doctor said chemical pregnancy nothing ever develop ... How does hcg keep increasing without anything in there? I've passed no clots had no heavy bleeding nothing I go Monday to talk about dnc and what all test I want ran .. What's the farthest along any of you have been with a chemical pregnancy ???
