I drink the pregnancy tea in my third trimester. Supposed to help strengthen your uterus to help your labor be more fast and productive. Let me tell you, I went into labor at about 7 o'clock that night and I had my baby at 2:23 in the morning. I had made it to an 8 cm before they gave me the epidural and I delivered her a few hours after that. I definitely think that the tea helped.

I dont like tea so i didnt use these lol. But i did use evening primrose and another vitamin. I forgot what it was called. But it definitely helped. We had a herb shop in our town and i asked the lady who worked there. She was so helpful! Not sure if one is near you but an idea!

I'm 39 weeks and started drinking it around 35.... It doesn't induce you, just makes your uterus stronger. I have a different brand and drink 1-3 cups per day.

Raspberry leaf is suppose to help once you're in labor because it strengthens the uterus from what I've read. So it makes the contractions more effective. I've been drinking it for about a week, bouncing on ball, and walking and I've progressed but I am overdue by 3 days
