I don't know!!!

I have no clue how far along I am . I don't have an ultrasound for about another 2 weeks and I've only heard my baby's heartbeat. My last period was January 22 - 26 but I don't know if I had one in December! Anyone else had this problem? I think I look big for this being my first. Could anyone help me?
