Working out in third trimester?
I am very active for the most part, I work all day long and I'm always on the go. . But I kind of want to start doing 30 min cardio twice a week. I haven't technically worked out at all this pregnancy.. I'm nervous that I'm going to "blow up" these last weeks and I really want to maintain being healthy and stay at a good weight. I've only gained 16 lbs so far this pregnancy and I'm 28 weeks today. Do you think it's safe to start cardio workouts this late in pregnancy?
