My neighbors have a rooster! Help.
And it never stops crowing, from early in the morning about 5 AM and throughout the whole day to maybe about 6. And it'll crow every minute to two minutes. It's really annoying the sh** out of me, especially being pregnant. We live in the city. So aren't farm animals not allowed in a regular neighborhood?
