Trouble losing weight?

I weighted 156lbs prepregnancy. I delivered at 221lbs. Currently weight 189lbs and 10weeks pp. 
Anyone else having trouble losing the weight even with breastfeeding

I have exactly same weight before and after like you, I have some much trouble to loose weight, any advice

If you're breastfeeding, try not to diet, but definitely try to eat as clean as you can. Cut out all the junk, sodas, fast foods, anything that has anything you can't pronounce in the ingredient list. Cutting out all the junk food I was eating made me drop 5 pound in a week! For workouts, look up workouts you can do with your baby on youtube. They're fun for my daughter and work up a good sweat for me! I also do yoga every morning after her morning feed, and we go for a jog when the weather permits (I live in the desert and don't want my daughter exposed to 100 degrees just yet!).

I read an article about losing weight after Pregnancy and the recommendation was not to diet, or wait at least 3 months PP if you are breastfeeding before u start any diet.. cut out only 500 calories/day but never eat less than 1800calories/day.  Try to snack healthy during the day, yogurt, carrots, etc.. And load up on "super foods" (low fat and high protein+fiber) Like fish, chicken, and beans. Drink lots of water, and try some simple aerobics and strength training exercises to your routine as well.

I was 148 pre pregnancy- which was the smallest I've been in years, delivered at 194. I'm currently 167. I am not breastfeeding but I am totally stuck ! It's falling off super slow!! I would be happy if I just lost 10 more pounds! I am following weight watchers - which to me is normal eating anyways and I have been going to the gym at least 3 times a week. I'm just hoping by June/July to loose at least 10 more!
