Frustrated! Need answers!!

A week after finding out I was pregnant I started having vaginal bleeding started on a Wednesday morning. I went to the ER they confirmed I was 6 wks pregnant and said the bleeding was very normal as long as it wasnt very heavy & passing blood clots even though they did an ultrasound and saw no baby whixh they said it was too early. I returned to hospital Saturday morning since they wanted to check my HCG levels once again and do another ultra sound but the doctor told me my HCG levels had dropped a bit and that was sign for a miscarriage. I am very frustrated becauae as of today I am 7 wks & 1 day and dont know yet if I really had a miscarriage or if there is still a baby growing inside of me. I've been back & forth doing blood work for my HCG levels but wont get the results until a week from now but I'd beeb 2 weeks since it happened and still dont have an answer luckily the bleeding stopped on Tuesday of this week but I just dont know what to do anymore😩
