So I've only been off Accutane for two weeks...and I'm already breaking out again. Has anyone else had this experience? I took a full 5-month course of 60mg daily, reaching a cumulative dose of 150mg/kg. In the last 2 weeks, I did miss a few birth control pills (Beyaz) in a row and got my period early...could that be the cause of acne returning? I'm terrified that I'm going to end up with awful cystic acne again. Plus, my DH and I are planning on trying to conceive this time next year and I will have to get off Beyaz. I hope my acne doesn't return due to getting off bc even though I've done Accutane!
