Hot baths to induce labor?

I always thought hot baths during pregnancy where considered dangerous but my midwife said it can help induce labor? Has anyone else heard of this or tryed it?

Pedicures also induce labor

It's only dangerous while your baby is early & still developing. At 37+ weeks, baby is basically done developing & is just putting on weight. It won't hurt

I think it's whatever relaxes you the most. Relaxation releases oxytocin which contracts your uterus.
