Hsg examination?

I'm booked in to have my HSG examination in 5 days, I'm wondering if anyone has had this done. Did it hurt much? What can I expect? Did you fall pregnant straight away?

They say the dye causes cramping. My pain occurred when the radiologist was threading the catheter through my cervix. He had difficult time getting it to pass. As soon as the test was over the pain was gone. Good luck to you!

The pain is with it for immediate results. Take an Advil before the appointment. I fell pregnant 2 months after my HSG. My MIL had it done and got pregnant a couple weeks after she had it done.
