So when my little man arrives I will have 12 weeks of maternity leave but after that when I go back to work my aunt will be the one watching him. She will not give me a price and I was curious how much everyone else pays their sitter. She will have him Monday- Thursday, 7am-330pm. I don't want to underpay her but I also want to leave room to increase the pay when he gets older and more mobile. 😊
