Anyone else on a complete emotional overload?

My first pregnancy was awesome.. this one I have no control what so ever.. maybe it's cuz it's a boy.. idk.. but all I want to do is cry majority of the time. I'm 20 weeks now and never felt this much of a mess.. I want nothing to do with basically anyone. Just wondering if it's just me? Never felt anything like this when I was pregnant with our daughter. Now I just can't wait to be done and feel and be normal again..
