Husband said I need to work out😒

My husband and I are big on the fitness life. I was a bikini competitor, and worked out every day. I also dieted. Any one who has competed knows that competition dieting is not the best while pregnant. With this horrible nausea, vomiting, exhaustion, and migraines with my pregnancy.... I havnt been able to work out much, or eat the way I should. All my plain veggies, sweet potatoes and chicken are not settling to eat or throw up. I just get the calories I need when I can because I'm so sick all the time. Even water makes me ill sometimes. I have tried pre-natal yoga which I love! And work outs for mommies on YouTube which are great. But most days I'm so exhausted. I am a surgical assistant so I am in the OR on my feet at least 8-10 hours a day.... It's pretty rare that I have breaks and sit. My husband makes me feel guilty because "on the weekends I'm super lazy". I feel ashamed and guilty but also a little pissed off. I know my husband is looking out for what's best but he won't stop pushing it... Mind you I'm only 133 lbs, and I'm 5'7 and barely showing.. I'm 16 weeks pregnant. What should I do?
