Help- how to help with sinus pressure
Does anyone know any remedies to help with sinus pressure ( tooth/ mouth pain, headache, congestion) my ob said to just take tylonel, saline, and Vic's rub which I have been doing but I can't get rid of the facial pain. Ive also tried gargling with warm salt water, and applying hot and cold compress. Any other ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you
