At my appointment Thursday I had asked my doctor to check me to see if I am dilated at all due the increasing pain caused by pelvic pressure. Not dilated but said my cervix is very soft, still closed with the baby's head resting right on it. Afterwards she had informed me that I may experience some spotting.. Which I have. Well this morning and even early afternoon, I didn't have any. I went to the bathroom around 730 and noticed the spotting had come back but was much darker and thicker.. Almost like a period when it's on it's way out. I was curious to know if this sounds normal and how long did you spot for after being checked if you even spotted at all.. Thanks!
