Is there any way to tell how much your baby weighs through belly measurement?

My doctor doesn't have a fancy 3d/4d ultrasound and I've asked if he could tell me the how much my son weighs and he said he couldn't (I'm worried about a 10lb baby lol) anyways he measured my stomach and said I'm right where I'm supposed to be. I just don't know how accurate all that could be.

Nothing can accurately give you baby's weight, not even an ultrasound. I have heard of midwives being able to estimate size within an ounce but that was back in the 60s/70s when things were more hands on.

Best thing I was told: Your body makes the baby it can handle!

It doesn't need to be 3d/4d to get baby's measurement, just a regular ultrasound. How many weeks are you?

Not sure if they can figure it out thru your fundal height..ur belly measurement. I found out at my 33 w 3 d sono that my girl is 6pds 6oz. They need to see me again in 3 weeks for growth. Hubby is 6'5 while I am 5'7. His family is tall across
