34 weeks and leaking faeces

Hi, has anyone suffered this, I do suffer with ulcerative colitis, but today I seem to be leaking poo 😞. This is the first time it's happened, I see the midwife on Tuesday, but wondered if anyone else has experienced this please? As its extremely embarrassing 😳
