How Long Did You Wait Before Announcing?

How long did you wait before making your pregnancy public (not including close friends/family that kept it secret?)

Oh, and include what you did to announce your incoming baby to the world! My wife and I are due November and we're looking up fun announcement ideas.

I announced at 5w6d after my first ultrasound. It was at my wedding and it was twins. Super risky move but it ended up working out fine. My twin boys are three weeks old now!

We announced it to our families within the first two weeks of knowing but extended family didn't get to find out until about 2.5 months

We didn't post anything to Facebook so the majority of family and friends still don't know.. We told some family at 27 weeks... But we really don't want anything about our son going on Facebook... Were might send out arrival announcements once he's here.. I'm 31 weeks now
