Does benedryl help clear up sinuses? I have a lot of sinus pressure which is causing pain on my left teeth and ear. I'm desperate and when I looked on the safe medication list benedryl was safe under allergies. I've been using a netti pot, hot showers, saline spray, and Vic's rub. Does anyone have any solutions. I'm miserable 😔

Benadryl is an antihistamine, not a decongestant. Sudafed 4-6 hr is a decongestant that's safe for pregnancy. Guafinasin is an expectorant that's safe as well and thins the mucus.
