Recently had an abortion, now im having a mixture of feelings mostly sadness, feeling bad looking at little kids and get a feeling of regret, I want to cry, I feel I have gone a bit mental as in loopy and angry and feel very insecure, I feel like I have lost alot of confidence why do I feel like this?
