Hey y'all! What are some breathing techniques & other things that helped you through your natural birth experience? (It'll be a hospital natural birth) thanks!!

Look up moderate paced and pattern-paced breathing techniques. These would be used during contractions to get your mind off of the pain.

I did sets of deep cleansing breaths and just timed breathing. Deep breath in through your nose slowly slowly out through your mouth, I counted in my head while doing so
