Veggie fail

We just found out I'm pregnant last Monday. After being told years ago that I would likely never be able to conceive--we are so extremely shocked and excited.
Here's the problem. I was raised with no vegetables (or fruit) in my diet save for apples, lettuce, corn, and potatoes. Literally. I have always been a super taster and extremely sensitive to textures, so I continued to avoid all healthy foods until this past year. When I say I just tried an orange slice for the first time last week and a carrot sliver a few days ago... I'm not kidding. I have been on prenatal vitamins for a year (just in case), but now I'm extremely worried that my disgust for vegetables is going to harm the growth of our nugget. I try new things almost every day, but I can't seem to work them fully into meals.
How vegetable-rich are your diets? Can I grow a healthy baby on baby spinach and fruit alone? (With lean proteins, carbs, healthy fats, and those great vitamins.) I am trying to change everything I do, but it doesn't seem to be happening quickly enough. Especially with our news.
