What color crib is better for a girl or what looks nice? ???

I'm trying to finish my daughter's nursery but I don't know what color to go for in the furniture white or brown

White is very pretty but it gets VERY dirty looking very quick because, well, it's white lol. For that reason I always choose dark wood. White is only pretty when it's new lol.

It definitely depends on the room and decor! Monkey decor would be better with a brown crib, where light pink roses would look so pretty with a white crib.

The only drawback is white gets dirty fast and shows stratches more. For our first baby we bought her a white crib. The crib got its first scratch while we were setting it up. When she started teething she chewed on her crib (most kids do) and it's very noticeable. Also it I cleaned her crib often and it always got dingy looking from her little fingers if she didn't get her hands washed before naps,  etc. With our second we bought him a cherry wood crib and it didnt show any dingy finger prints and his chew marks are not nearly as noticeable as his older sisters are. I love the idea of a white crib though! For this baby we plan to use our son's old crib as he's in a big boy bed now.
