Nervous wreck now

I had a dream that I went to my 4d ultrasound and baby boy's nose and eyes were crooked. I'm already 27 weeks and was just wondering if this were the case would they have picked it up at my anatomy scan? He looked directly at us in it and everything was in the right place. I'm just worried now because that dream about killed me seeing his poor little face like that
