Weight and pregnancy
Please no judgement I'm looking for advice. So I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and I feel great so far no morning sickness or anything but I kind of started this pregnancy overweight. People have told me I shouldn't be losing weight while pregnant but how true is that? I'm not trying to limit calories or take anything to lose weight but I am eating much healthier for my baby because that's what drives me to be healthy is having someone else to be healthy for. I am wanting to lose weight through just eating right and exercising now both of which I haven't been so motivated to do since I've had to move with the military a few times. Is it really bad to lose weight if it's just because you changed bad habits like eating out all the time to exercising and eating right? Thanks in advance!
