Ovulation after miscarriage

Jenna • Mon, Apr 25 • TTC#2. Have an almost 2 year old daughter. Miscarried at 10 weeks in April 2016. Chemical in July 2016.

I miscarried two weeks ago but bleeding off and on since then, mostly spotting. Today and yesterday my uterus feels heavy/weird kind of like when I ovulate. I did an ovulation test, one of the cheap target ones but I'm bad about reading those kinds. I've attached the pic since I'm not sure what to think about it. Can you ovulate while still spotting?? I don't have EWCM really...
