Stomach Bug & Braxton Hicks

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and yesterday I was sent to the ER with upper abdominal pain after throwing up multiple times the night before.  It turns out I was severely dehydrated, had high blood pressure, and was experiencing Braxton hicks contractions.  Has anyone else felt these contractions up above their belly button?  They seemed painful but I'm hoping this is just because I was sore from being sick.  Make sure you ladies are staying hydrated! They had to give me 4 bags of fluid.  😵
