So I'm laying down pressing on my stomach and noticed that I can press down on my left side pretty easily but on my right side it's a lot harder. Is that my uterus ? I'm 18w5d pregnant.

Depends on how high you're pressing. If it's above your belly button, you're probably feeling an organ or something. Below your belly button & u might be feeling baby

It's your baby, your baby is in the uterus. I think you should do some research on female anatomy while pregnant. Our body's change soo much and I think it's good for women to know exactly what to expect/what there feeling e.g
