Fertility and ovulation???

Okay so glow said today is my peak day of fertility... Then gave me a insight saying to have sex a day before I ovulate... What is peak day??? Do I ovulate after the fertility days (green days) or during??? HELP!!!

When you ovulate your egg must meet a sperm within 24 hours or your egg will just get she'd with your period. It's best to have sex the day of and before you ovulate to hopefully make sure there is a sperm waiting when the egg is released. Good healthy sperm can live up to 5 days if your uterus is healthy and the perfect environment. Good luck
