I feel like she is faking a pregnancy..

I got pregnant and announced it to everyone January 20th. My SO's friends girlfriend just had an abortion in October because she simply didn't want a baby. However, onced I announced I was pregnant, she said she was going to start trying for a baby (which I feel is extremely selfish because she is in no better place then before)  so apperently, she is "pregnant" now and said she is 9 weeks however, none of us have seen a confirmed test not even my boyfriends friend & she's been 9 weeks for the last 3 weeks 🤔. What bothers me even more is that they are living with my boyfriend for FREE & have no other place to go and no money to move out but they "tried" for a baby knowing we are having ours soon & because of them I can't move anything in there because she is very unclean and keeps bringing bed bugs in. Ugh
