33 ttc first biological child

My first 3 kids I ever took came up for adoption ..I adopted them!! A few months before the adoption was final I met my soulmate!!! Long story short ..we were married in October and currently have 5 kids (2 his) and are TTC one more! I have been on birth control since 16 and had nexplanon removed in Feb. Been using opks to track ovulation... And have been doing everything possible to make it happened...and for the second month AF has arrived 😤😭
