Possible pregnancy?

Okay so I'm going to test tomorrow morning but, I'm still unsure if I could even be pregnant. So, just to make sure I don't get my hopes up too before testing, I'm turning to you guys. I thought for sure I couldn't be pregnant when I got blood on the morning of the 24th. However even though I have irregular periods, this one was odd. Tmi but I would wipe and see blood, put a tampon in & the when it was time to change it, I'd pull it out to only find one spot of blood on the tampon. This happened 4 days. Again I thought that this meant no BFP but after reading many other posts on here about lengthy implantation bleeding I'm feeling hopeful. I've definitely had nausea, increased appetite, and a weird thing that I'm not sure even applies but dogs have been like hovering like crazy. Anywhere we go if they have a pet, or even with my own dogs they basically sit on me. Idk I feel like maybe they sense something. Maybe I'm just wishful lol. Idk anyway, thoughts?
