Any mommies crazy sick and still having a boy?

Now don't get me wrong I want a happy and healthy baby no matter what! But I keep hearing if your really sick there's no way your having a boy. My husband and I already have a healthy 10 year old, yes 10 lol beautiful girl. I had morning sickness like crazy with her. But this pregnancy is worse. Just curious any mommies out there who went through morning sickness and still had their boy?
